Exceptional customer service from Cammy at check in and Ky in the morning at check. I stay in a LOT of hotels, 10 in past month. I'm finding Quality Inn&Suites to be the 5 Star, top-notch go-to chain to seek out if available. Superior value, each stay (Lubbock 2 weeks ago, Lafayette last night). They've flipped beat-down, poorly reviewed properties and succeeded, by staffing them w Ace employees, in providing stellar value stays, enhanced w over-the-top , go-extra-mile to satisfy guests, such as Cammy and Ky. Either one of the gals could easily manage a property, based on my personal experiences with them. Great property, value price, Exceptional staff. I'll be staying there 3, 4 times in coming year. Keep it up Gals!

I love everything about this property, Ola, the representative who assisted me while there was very helpful considerate and his customer service skills were impeccable. He made my stay complete as well as Jessica my housekeeper. The accommodations that were afforded to me were unbelievable. I will forever come back to visit this wonderful hotel.

The air conditioner was Arctic powerful, which is essential in the south. The beds were also really comfortable. I think I slept better here than on my expensive bed at home. The staff were friendly and accomodating.
